獲分配到1樓的房間，正對著電梯，到深夜仍然非常嘈吵。房間窗戶對出的港口正有活動（類似Winter Wonderland 的小型遊樂設施）很嘈吵。

Ideal location for Bristol sightseeing

Booked a twin room for my sister and I. As with most twin rooms the two beds were pushed together (surely you’d just book a double if this is what you wanted). As usual, pushed the beds apart to give a bit of space. Room was remarkably hot given it didn’t appear to have heating. The aircon/heating unit was broken. Reported this to the front desk and was told that this was because “of a change of seasons”. I’ve heard some BS in my time, but this was a new level. Commented that I’d stayed in the same hotel at the end of Sept and the aircon worked fine. Was assured it would be looked at. Returned from dinner/drinks and nothing had been done. Window was still propped open. Aircon still didn’t work. Nobody had been to the room. Given the hotel was north of £110/night, booked many months in advance, functioning aircon should be the least that can be expected. Final thing (room 309 for reference), is that the toilet door could only be closed by slamming it. Handy for 3am in the morning…… I’ll not be staying here again.

The bed was comfortable. No AC so you have to often keep the window open which is often very loud. TV was non functional. WIFI connection was barely usable. One day awoke to a student band playing in the courtyard. This is in an area where throngs of drunk students are extra loud on Friday and Saturday also. Shower drain backs up to fill the entire bathroom. Would never stay here again.

When i book a room with a double bed in i expect a double bed not 2 twin beds pushed together. Due to the layout of the room it was obvious this is the standard set up and I therefore have to assume that all of the double beds they offer are the same. To make it an even more uncomfortable night's sleep the matress was about 5cm thick. This combined to give me one of the worst night's sleep i've ever had. Sure the location is good but spend more, save your back and improve your chance of a restful night

Amazed that there are no USB slots in the rooms however staff, check in & service was excelkent

Excellent hotel. Only complaint would be the bed. Asked for a double, which was two singles together, but they didn’t stay together and we were constantly having to push them back together which was a little annoying.

Very pleasant hotel centrally located. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and an interesting historical dockyard area. Very convenient parking

Stay was fine. We'd been put in an accessible room. I was a little surprised having booked far in advance and I would have appreciated being told at check in. The room, in particular the bathroom, looked pretty tired.

Nice room, but a bit cold. Very nice staff.

On checking in, the bedroom smelled absolutely horrendous. I don't even know of what but it was awful. Reception kindly moved us to another room. However the towels were dirty and found a pube on one, the sink plug hole was grubby, and in the morning found there was no shower gel in the bottle. We did get replacement towels when requested. However between the issues, and the gloomy decor, it did not feel at all worth the £160 pricetag for a Thursday night. Would not return.

Ich hatte das Hotel aufgrund des 24/7 Check-ins ausgewählt, hatte eine Nachricht geschickt, dass wir mitten in der Nacht anreisen werden, es wurde mir versichert, dass es gar kein Problem sei. Dann angekommen war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und wusste angeblich nichts von der späten Ankunft. Zum Zimmer: es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Badezimmer ist quasi nachträglich eingesetzt worden und die Tür zum Badezimmer lässt sich nicht schließen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ideal für einen Kurztrip, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
