イビスグループのホテル宿泊は初めてでした。テンプルミーズ駅からは歩きますが、ブリストルの街に滞在するには程よい立地でした。

I found the bed comfortable, my partner didn't. The welcome and check-in was friendly and efficient, room condition excellent. Location was superb with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

The whole hotel was clean and appeared well run. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful . I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very central and a great location for walking the city. The staff were nice. The rooms are cramped and there is not proper AC or cooling options for the night. The room service was hit and miss and we needed to ask for hand towels (there were no face clothes provided) and toilet paper. Breakfast was not included which upon booking I was given the impression it was. Finally, the center was unable/unwilling to reimburse us for two missed nights due to flight cancellation.

Clean room and quiet hotel very close to all you need in harbourside - it’s not a luxury room but at the price I paid and for location it was what I needed

Posizione fantastica, reception pronta a risolvere ogni problema. Unica pecca il bagno molto piccolo con un solo asciugamano grande a disposizione.

Everything was good for us!

The room was pretty clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and they even had free pastries and muffins out. They allowed me to check in early and to keep my things there for a couple hours after check out.
