The room was very clean but overly warm during the night. The bad mattress was comfortable but unfortunately not a double as ordered instead it was two singles pushed together so sleeping was somewhat precarious

Hotel was dorm like - reminiscent of university. Room was basic and quite warm. In the morning we were unable to unlock the lift so had to take the stairs to checkout.

Room was excellent for the price, clean and good facilities. Staff were good. Breakfast was awful - not the fault of the staff, no one could make that cheap food into a decent breakfast. The veggie sausages cannot be considered a food item. The hash browns were cheap and inedible. The eggs were poor quality. The orange juice from the machine was beige water. The tea machine was broken. There were no mushrooms, which was the highlight of the meal.

We only used the room to dump our bags, sleep, shower and have breakfast. The hotel was good for all these things! Room and bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot (tho pressure wasn't great). Good choice for breakfast. GF options available too, which is a winner! Reception staff were helpful.

No cash this was not mentioned when booking. Very anti businesses that are card only,for that reason I never spent any money in the hotel. It is a good hotel in a great location.

Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were pretty good but couldn't sory out the parking discount. Decor is a little dated and the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses which was rubbish and uncomfortable
