A fantastic, modern, clean, secure, quiet and centrally located budget hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
Only one criticism…on-line check in is pointless. You still have to queue at the desk to check in. However, that’s a corporate issue and not in any way the fault of the hotel.
We’ll be back!

Super central, discount parking, decent sized room: confy beds, good shower. Lovely food nearby. We had a great stay. There are no bells and whistles, and we didn't need them being so central!

I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very central, offered a good range of facilities and was clean and tidy. The breakfast area was well laid-out, the food was good and had a fine selection of food and hot/cold drinks.

Had a double bed booked, however this ended up being two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately this was only noticed as I got into bed to sleep, otherwise I would have asked for an alternative room, however it led to an incredibly poor night sleep as the gap between mattresses was very noticeable. Reception on check out was very apologetic but not clear what action would be taken to stop this in future. A double bed should be a double bed!

We had a great stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our tv was disconnected in our room and the lady at reception was so lovely, she immediately moved us to another room.

Stayed here a few times and always slept soundly. This time was not the case, the pillows were very flat and hard, even the spare one in the cupboard. Disappointed as i said I have always had a good night sleep here.

Lack of acknowledgment when arriving to check in. Two staff focused on computer rather than saying hello and asking me to wait a moment. Similar on check out. Woken at 8.45am by someone drilling the next room which was disappointing.

Nice hotel. Rooms basic and small but very clean. Staff superbly helpful. Bathrooms are a bit odd, accessible via a raised step, no bath - bit like stepping into an airport toilet. If you want an accessible bathroom ?(i.e. walk-in, I found out on arrival) you need to request (which I will do next time). Good location, close to harbourside and bus stops. The staff made this hotel really, very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options also including gf options.

I was surprised how comfortable the room was. The hotel was lovely great location and the staff were very friendly.
I thought the breakfast wasn’t as tasty as it should or could have been which is why I gave it a ‘good’ rating

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, breakfast was ok, room was alright but we were given disabled room which was fine as we checked in early which they accommodated us. Mattress was sparse and uncomfortable and floor was dirty and dusty so it stuck ti our feet, shower curtain kept breaking and fan was extremely noisy during the night which we turned off in the end. Could do with a bit of a spruce up, rest was ok
