The area is awesome, a lot of instagramable spot, vine restaurant is good but take a long time for check-in. The place is also for public visitor so it will be crowded in the weekend, kids swimming pool is not clean, AC not too cool & if need hot water in the morning we must call receptionist. Need lots of to improve but my family enjoy stayed there.

Planned to stay 1 day but added 2 days because it was very comfortable, the view was nice and the staff from the security, front office and restaurant staff were all friendly. The food was delicious. The price of the restaurant is also affordable. Next time, hopefully I'll come here again for a vacation 😁

If you are looking for a getaway from the city to get some fresh air and calm vibes then, you should visit this hotel. The check in process was easy..the staffs were friendly and professional. They served us with welcome drinks at the lobby before we enter our room. We were in love with the design of the room and the comfort it provided. The room was actually a bungalow type. So there is a carport, porch, small living room, a bed room, and a bathroom. It was more than we expected (we expected just a normal bedroom like in hotels). The grand ussu itself is quite big with restaurants and convention. The bungalow itself was quite old but well maintained. We could really relax in there and enjoy the atmosphere. In the morning, we can walk and circle the hotel area since it spans quite a large area.

This is our favorite hotel, free from Puncak traffic.
The hotel grounds are spacious with a grassy field and views of rice paddies, a vegetable garden, and a large swimming pool.
It's very comfortable for morning exercise around the hotel.

Friendly staff, good fast arrival. Very happy to be able to staycation at radjendra and begreno. The art is amazingly good. Comfortable complete facilities. Swimming pool, bathtub, children's games, billiards, ping pong table, gym are also available.
