10 out of 10! I will definitely choose this hotel later if I want to staycation in Surabaya. The location is literally behind the Grandcity Mall, across from the Gubeng train station, and near the city center. It's accessible both for motorbikes and cars. A parking lot is also available for cars and motorbikes. Moreover, the room is very clean and smells very good. The water heater works absolutely perfect. Don't worry about food. No more feeling hungry because there are lots to be explored around the hotel.

This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Regarding the taste of the food, all of the things I tasted were delicious. Thank you for the service and comfort of Mercure Grand Mirama, and for choosing me as the Guest of the Day

I stayed here for 2 nights yesterday and really liked it. The staff is friendly. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the hotel lobby is also beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. The AC is cold. You get drinking water and snacks. Amenities are also complete with hotel slippers and towels 🥰. Oh yeah, there is free coffee and tea from 7 AM to 11 AM 😁 close to everywhere 👍.
