Seems like there were some issues with the room, particularly the flooded AC and the cleanliness of the sheets. That must have been disappointing, especially when you're expecting a comfortable stay. They should address the AC problem and could possibly offer a room change or take care of the cleanliness concerns.

1. Semua tipe deluxe gada jendelanya.. kebayang kan gimana lembabnya.. sampe temboknya aja kaya gitu (ada di foto). 2. Hotelnya sangat sangat tidak terawat, mungkin karena hotel lama. 3. Kamar mandinya kotor. Tembok kamar mandinya kaya ga pernah dibersihkan. 4. Water heater di kamar mandi cuman berfungsi 1 menit aja, selebihnya tidak berfungsi. 5. Yang jelas sangat tidak sesuai dengan yang di foto. 6. Upgrade kamar ke eksekutif yang ada jendelanya, ternyata kotornya sama aja.. spreinya ada bercak2 coklatnya, kamar mandinya kotor, lantainya kaya ga pernah di sapu. Studio inn ini beneran bintang 3?

I stayed for a night and didn't really ask the hotel to fix the AC, it was not cold and leaking like crazy. It is an old property and I can tell that it's not so maintained by the management. When I checked in the house keeping was coming after +2 hours to check if the bathroom already gets cleaned. The room was not soundproof enough at 1st floor as I woke up in the middle of the night by the sound of someone coughing. I'm sorry, everything could have been better tho. Otherwise, Despite the inconvenience, I enjoyed the staff hospitality and kindness. Thank you!

The shower is broken so I have to request a bucket, drain water is clogged, and the towel is not clean.

Mantabs gan dekat dengan tempat jajanan dan kota semarang.

Cozy and I feel comfort to stay in this hotel. Also all the staff are friendly too.
