The hotel is well maintained, with clean, carpeted corridors that create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

I arrived at 8 p.m. with a minor leg injury. The security guard promptly brought me a wheelchair, escorted me to my room, and even suggested moving me to a room near the elevator. The receptionist was also friendly. The food was varied but not overdone, and the taste was quite good. Tongseng was the signature dish, and it was delicious.
