I was impressed by the friendliness of all the hotel staff, from our arrival, throughout our check-in, and until we checked out. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Several times, my friend left his jacket in the restaurant and lobby area, but after asking, he found it was there and kept. Thank you, Laska Hotel, for your hospitality and comfortable stay. As for the views, whether mountain or garden, they're all equally beautiful. The service is very friendly, from the receptionist to the person who escorted you to your room. Asking for hot water for tea was also very quick. Next time, I'll try one with a mountain view. For that price, it's really cheap, and using the app you can get breakfast too. Keep up the good work, Puncak Inn Hotel 🙏❤️

I've been a long-time hotel customer, even before the pandemic. It's conveniently located, and the rooms are always clean and fragrant. The staff, from security guards, helpers, front desk staff, and restaurant staff, are all incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel is also reasonably priced. Continued success, Grand Diara.

The hotel's location is very strategic for getting everywhere, located on the roadside, close to Alfamart, Indomaret, and Gramedia. The rooms and toilets are clean and tidy, even though the building is old. I will stay here again if I have an event in Bandung. My first stay here, but it was memorable. Oh yes, I took a superior room, and the room was spacious, with a large sofa. Overall, I felt comfortable enough to stay here again.
