The staff, Mr. Mao, was very cooperative as we checked in late at night, and our room was upgraded. There's a halal restaurant right next to the hotel, a clean swimming pool, and clean rooms with city views.

Clean! 200m to Lavender MRT. Easy access. It is the quality of Worldwide Hotel Group as expected. However, I was surprised by wonderful customer service! After knowing that I would take a night scheduled flight, James at the front desk gave me a special late check-out time. Thank you so much, James! I really appreciate it. Hopefully Hotel Boss will always give special service to customers from time to time!

We had a 3-night stay and it was a pleasure. The room is spacious for 2 people, and each of us still had our own personal space. There are basic amenities in the room. The location is good, near a convenience store, restaurants, souvenir shops, and about an 8-minute walk from Bugis MRT station.

Just got back from a Singapore trip and honestly didn’t expect much from the hotel… but it turned out soo good ✨ We were just looking for something affordable for 4 people, and ended up getting a room with 4 single beds which was super comfy btw! The room isn’t that big, but still spacious enough, clean, and really cozy after a long day out. Service was great too, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to MRT and bus stops, so getting around was super easy. Also near malls and Mustafa Centre, so finding food or souvenirs was no struggle at all. Overall, really happy with this stay. Highly recommend if you’re going to Singapore and looking for a budget-friendly but comfy place!

Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

This is a hotel I always book when I go to Singapore. It has a bidet, mini-fridge, rain shower, separate faucet, and a powerful shower head. Highly recommended.

Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! This was my third time staying at Royal Plaza on Scotts, and I would definitely consider coming back again. One of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel is the value for money. Hotels around Orchard can get quite expensive, but Royal Plaza on Scotts usually offers competitive rates for the area. The location is also hard to beat. It's within walking distance of Orchard Road, shopping malls, restaurants, and the MRT, so getting around Singapore is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the room size. For the price I paid, the room felt spacious, which is becoming quite rare in Singapore these days. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay as well. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. I noticed some minor stains on the faucet in the bathroom, but it wasn't anything major or enough to affect my overall experience.
