First of all, the shuttle bus from the airport (which the hotel promoted will coming every 15mins), came after 45mins wait in the cold. Then, when I checked in, they couldn't find the my booking. Even though I showed them the booking number I did from the third party, It took them 2,5hours to finally found the booking. It wasn't a pleasant experience after 31 hours long flight, plus the time it took to clear from American Immigration at JKF airport. The bright side was, the room is fully renovated, clean and bright, new bathroom, new bed and it was decent size. Can't complaint for the room. Although, when I checked out, I was waiting for the shuttle bus to JFK, the receptionist said, I just missed it and the next one will be about 1/2 hour. So I waited, and I asked the security at the door to let me know when the shuttle is coming. He said, don't worry, you'll see it. I was on the phone and didn't pay attention, and when I realised, the shuttle has left and left be behind. I was angry and frustrated at the same time. Wasting my time for almost 1 hour, and I ended up taking uber to the airport. So ignorance of the receptionist. Few days after that, I checked my bank account, and found out that I have been charged 4x, 4 days in the row for the room fees. I was like, hang on the minute, I paid for the room through Traveloka. Why did they charged me again? So I call the hotel, and asked for the invoice, so I can dispute it with Traveloka, she said, the hotel cannot issue the invoice as the invoice is issued to the third party (Traveloka), but she said, it looked like a pending transaction and it will be back into my bank account. When I wrote this review, it is May 7th, 2023. I stayed there from 25th April and checked out on 28th April, and the money only been cleared for 2 transaction out of 4 transaction. So in summary, very bad experience.
