Hotels near Doan Mon Gate

The room was full of stained marks especially the bathroom. The smell is really strong. I can hear the room next to me conversation and when they use their bathroom

It was dark and dirty, the bed and sheet were uncleaned. I am sure it was used several times without cleaning. There was hair on the pillow. Floor is dirty.

Clean room, polite staff, especially the handsome morning shift staff, enthusiastic and dedicated. Will come back when coming to Hanoi

I'm very happy at my stay here, clean and tidy room with super friendly staff for sure be back on my next business trip

Not satisfied with the receptionist when checking in to send cars to guests. Guests are passive by this situation

Stay one night here before leaving Hanoi the next day. The hotel is old fashioned yet clean and maintained well. The receptionist speak English good and explained us the recommended place to eat nearby Old quarter. He packed us simple breakfast (bread and egg) the next day because we left hotel at 6am before restaurant is opened.

This is a basic hotel with small rooms, but it's sufficient if you're looking for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights. Be aware that there are two separate properties, so you might need to move around to get to your room or the breakfast area. Other than that, the location is convenient, with some shops nearby, making it easy to grab essentials.

The system did not update so we had to move to another hotel, so we could not comment on the Royal Gate Hotel.
