+ nice room, clean mattress, blanket, pillows, full equipment - bathroom always has bad smell from pipes ( sink or toilet) - You should chose a room with big window for more light - its a type of Korean hotel, so if you are not Korean, it will be hard for you to find a tv channel - which you can understand

The staff is very nice, helpful. Location is good and convenience. But I have a issue: I forgot my selfie stick in the room after check out. I inform the receptionist but when I returned, they said that there is nothing in my room. It's not expensive but this issue made me uncomfortable and I think they need to recheck their room service.

Quite close to the center, at the beginning of the alley there is a pretty good hot pot restaurant. The hair dryer is not hot, takes time. The wardrobe has a bit of a smell, not a bad smell but a stuffy smell. The TV can be watched but it's basic. Otherwise, the staff is very polite and courteous. The room is as pictured, clean. Suitable for short-term and overnight trips. The room is okay for the price.

The hotel is so good and the staff were friendly. Hung is really helpful for our check in and check out.

The hotel is good but they don't offer any meals. Their host also doesn't speak or understand very little English and we always rely on google translate to communicate. Near restaurants are mostly Koreans. It is also very near Intercontinental Landmark 72

There are no services or amenities. Not enough amenities as advertised, the door lock is broken and cannot be locked. Requested to change rooms but was not allowed. And the room lock was not fixed even though I stayed for 2 nights. Wifi is sometimes available and sometimes not. Booked a room for 4 nights but felt inconvenient about everything. Contacted the hotline but no one answered. Plus points include support for checking in 30 minutes early.

The hotel is very good, I booked it just for a temporary stay to go to the concert, but I did not expect the hotel to be so stable, the restaurant's breakfast food is also very good (especially the bamboo shoots and passion fruit), highly recommend for everyone

Such a new and nice hotel! The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are helpful and kind too.

The security guards and receptionists are very friendly and professional. The room is a bit small but has enough amenities, the bathroom is quite cramped, the projector is a bit blurry.
