The Room is Nice. Maybe need some improve in Breakfast.

It is a very nice budget hotel. They provide junior suites and family rooms at affordable prices. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. Moreover, family room you get 2 air conditioners and 2 bathrooms so it's very convenient. We stayed during my brother's birthday. The staff went extra miles by preparing cute towel art, a delicious slice cake, and even a singing parade. It was really heartwarming and definitely will be remembered. Thank you so much, especially to Ms. Bella, e commerce boss legian, we really appreciate it. Keep up the great teamwork! 😁

Horribly maintained hotel. The gym is gros and none of the machines even work. It 's not worth the money to stay here. Even a dollar is too much.

Strategic location. Great interior. Nice cold room. TV picture not good.

The service was good, the staffs was kind, friendly, helpful and polite, thanks to mba Rysta, mba Ari and especially mba Jesi who help me a lot since check in until check out. Even though I only stay for 1 night they giving the best experience of staying here. For breakfast they provided a set menu like toast, a bowl of fruit, orange juice, tea/coffee and choice one of a food like nasi goreng/mie goreng, nasi ayam betutu and some other western menu. I choose nasi ayam betutu and it was delicious but the portion of the rice is too small for me hehehe. The location is also strategic. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you Grandmas Plus Legian, it is a pleasant to stay here.

Good hotel, good service, good location.

Staying here was my nightmare. Lots of their materials is not fixed yet. The room is too cold even when the AC is off, and even the staff admit how the hotel is just running from August with so many equipment and material to fix. Never ever goin back again to this place. With the price they offer is not worth it! Vck
