We enjoyed our stay at BOSS Hotel. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean, & its location is great: very accessible, the bus station is exactly in front of the hotel, its proximity to major tourist destinations is another plus to this hotel. There are restaurants & food stations near the hotel.

All staff was very helpful, our room upgraded to first class suite room 3017 for free. The room was big and clean, there are coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron. City view also amazing from lv 30 and very instagramable. Close to Thai Embassy Bus Stop, Scott Rd Bus Stop and walk about 7 min to Orchad MRT station. I would like to say ‘super recommended’! Will stay here in the next trip! Thankyou YOTEL for our amazing experience!

Hi … Booked to celebrate a family member's birthday. Checked in on 3 Dec. Smooth check-in, well done for the front office team … given room 1501. Spacious for a family of 4. Surprised when the hotel team delivered a nicely decorated fruit platter as a birthday gesture. Impressed with their service. They may notice it during check-in as occupants' particulars need to be documented due to the pandemic. The housekeeping team is very friendly. On the 2nd day, the Swimming pool was very clean. We book for an hour as the pool area is limited to 12 pax per hour. Checked out on 5 Dec. Superfast, just need to drop a card in the checkout dropbox, and off we go … 👍 Thank you York Hotel, a weekend well spent! Served by the awesome team during our stay 🙏🏻.

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

This accommodation is perfect for families with small kids. Room was beautifully setup. While waiting for check in, kids were entertained with ice-cream and balloon sculpting. $60 credits were used for our dinner and light snacks from the nearby food, so convenient especially for Muslims! Great stay!

Thank you for the free upgrade to Deluxe room for me and my family. I was surprised for the Birthday greeting cards as well as the chocolate by the front desk staff. The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities as stated. One thing I really liked was their smart TV, instead of just being able to surf the usual TV channels, I was able to connect my phone to the TV and play my own YouTube videos and shows from my phone, which I thought was quite cool. The hotel didn't feel congested or overcrowded at all despite the concierge informing us that they were almost fully booked that day, which was nice. They had a good breakfast spread-quite a variety of choices from oriental to american breakfast. Location was amazing as well! Right in the city centre-just right across the road from the MRT (City Hall) and near food places (Chijmes) and a mall (Raffles City), it was a breeze getting food and going to shop. Overall a 5/5 stay and would love to come back again!

Great place to stay in Singapore, next to Bencoolen MRT Station. Staff are friendly and fast response. The room is clean, quite small but still nice to stay. The drinkable water tap really help us to make sure our drinking water supply is great. Would love to stay here again someday.

Great Loacation (right in the middle between 2 MRT: Novena Station & Newtown Station)
note: Closer to Novena Station just 3-5 min walk.
Spacious bedroom size, considering other Hotel with similar price are alot smaller.
Overall I had a plesent stay at this Hotel.
However, my big problem is the GYM Facility whish is VERY BAD. I think as a hotel, you can definetly do better than this.

Room is spacious and clean, Bathroom also nice. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the floor and noises, i heard someone screaming around 10 to 11 PM. Overall its good if you want a big room, swimming pool and want to go to the city center such as Orchard Rd, Bencoolen Mrt, Dhoby Ghaut and Sommerset.
