Saw a number of roaches.. 1 or 2 crawling in and out of the toaster. Mould on the curtian. Bathroom needs work, and soon. Bed and pillows her uncomfortable.

The television didn't have a remote control, the man in the office said that you could control it with the buttons. There were no buttons...

Bathroom was quite grubby and there was water damage on the door, bed also had crumbs in the sheets so hadn’t been cleaned properly

The property was entirely unsuitable it has no disability access and the proprietors were unable to get me a refund from wotif so I could go somewhere else. I am elderly and use a walking frame. The management did allow me t sit in the foyer and wait for a friend to collect me. I had been evacuated from southern Morton Bay Islands ahead of cyclone Alfred due to my medical condition. Unacceptable that wotif was uncooperative re refund when the venue was unable to accommodate me.

it’s not what was advertised, dirty everywhere, lots of bugs i killed 12 cockroaches in 2 days, curtain in bathroom window was broken so male staff kept looking in, jeffery on the first day kept touching me on the shoulder and my back, charles the manager was easy to deal with and understanding so he refunded me for 5 days. the main entrance door is chained opened which is bad security wise but i didn’t get one of the roaches and the room door had hugh gaps that the bugs could easy come and go until they get workers that actually want to clean i would NOT recommend this accomodation. the only good thing is bus stops right outside the door and city by bus is maybe 15 mins and bus costs 50 cents each way oh and the river look out is the next street over

This is more a hostel than a hotel, not clean, cigarette burns on the blanket and sheets, bathroom dirty, cockroaches in the rooms, not good waking up to one on your face, no parking within 6 blocks as limited spots on site. Was cheap and convenient for our needs as close to the hospital but would we stay again? NO definitely not

It was dirty, mouldy, falling apart, without adequate utensils etc, and I could have dealt with all of this if there were no cockroaches and it didn’t smell like 30 years of stale cigarette smoke. I would rather sleep under a tree than ever stay here again.

The shower was dirty like someone had just taken their stuff out so I could use it. Lids on the floor of the shower and shampoo rings and not too clean. Bed seemed to be okay but the room had a very mouldy smell could only have been the mattress as there wasn’t anything else in the room. Hallway was very smoky from smoking guests. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Parking was okay when I first arrived but after going out to dinner and returning had to park 3 blocks away and thus had to cart all my stuff 3 blocks back to the car in the morning. For supplied parking was very limited. Don’t say you have parking if you don’t have sufficient.

German cockroaches in room, bathroom full of wood rot and mold, dirty linen including blood on sheets, no suitable parking for my small car, other guests arguing and banging all night. Staff unhelpful

Please don’t ever stay here. I traveled alone and was duped by the photos on the listing of rooms that are not of their actual rooms. It said non smoking room but it reeked of smoke and there was an ashtray in the room. Door had a flick lock that could be opened from outside with a butter knife. Dirty, cockroaches, blood in the shower that wasn’t cleaned up, dirty toilet, unmade dirty bed, dirty towels on the wet floor. I could hear people screaming fighting shouting and banging all around and thank god I had furniture pressed again my door because someone tried getting in. Was here less than 2 hours and only to stay locked in the room while I found other emergency accommodation. After this nightmare I was refunded by the venue only 2 of the 3 nights I booked to spite the room clearly being used before I got there and not cleaned and being completely dangerous and unsafe. PLEASE do not ever book here.

We only stayed because we had a late flight in. We didn’t stay the second night. felt unsafe and very dirty.

Along side other reviews this place seems okay on the website but in reality it’s awful, drug users, smoke, rooms are filthy, weird stains everywhere, ac didn’t work

The bed was a bit old and a topper would do it wonders but still ok. The pillows were not so great but the towels were awesome...soft, fluffy, and thick. The aircon works well, but the blinds are not in the best working order. Parking was a bit scarce but doable.

Parking basically non existent and no hot water for shower. Poor quality pillows. Room was not prepared - no cups, no hand towels or bath mat.

I didnt have any coffee or tea. The ymtiwels were syained yellow. Atleast bleach them so they look clean and refreshed or buy new ones. And the blind was broken.

The room was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee was available but no cutlery to be able to mix them. Otherwise no other complaints. We will stay again.

This place was extremely grimy and unsafe. The bathroom was covered in mould and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The so-called “veranda” was outright dangerous, with a floor made of loose wooden planks placed on top of a corrugated tin roof. Stepping onto it, you could feel the floor flex and buckle, making it feel like it could give way at any moment. The door leading to the veranda didn’t fit the frame properly, leaving large gaps that could allow pests—or worse—to enter. It was “secured” with nothing more than a flimsy slide lock. To make matters worse, our bathroom window faced the veranda of another unit, and the blinds were missing slats, offering no privacy at all. Finally, there were cockroaches in the room and even in the limited cutlery the room provided.
