Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. The service in all areas are all outstanding (above and beyond).
The restaurant on the 25th floor is very good with a variety of selection. The dinner buffet was delicious!! Also, special thanks to Daisy at reception on the 25th floor for her outstanding service!! It was truly a very enjoyable stay!!

The Classic Luxury style and the location of this hotel appeal to me and it truly befits the Ritz Carlton brand as seen In the photos , but it is the staff that have made my 8 day stay so memorable.Each mender of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult
In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the Club lounge team Hasnain , Stanley , Joy and Jess . They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where
Also want to mentionThe Concierge team. Carter , Rachael and Robert for also providing and exceptional service that always went above and beyond there duty to help me with my requests
Finally i would like to mention Zoey ( quality assurance manager ) who was always Joy to chat with and also. Made me feel welcomed
Want to say thank you again for the wonderful experience during my stay in chengdu

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an exceptional experience. Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless, and every interaction felt warm and attentive.
The rooms were beautifully designed with luxurious touches and breathtaking city views. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the little details made it feel extra special. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering both local and international options, and the staff in the dining area made each meal feel like a memorable occasion.
The amenities were equally impressive, especially the spa and pristine pool, which provided the perfect spots to relax. The location was also ideal for exploring Chengdu.
Despite the initial hiccup, the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu’s incredible service more than made up for it, and I left feeling truly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Only issue I had was the check in. My booking was for 3 pax and confirmed as that. But the insisted in charging me for 1 more pax. Hotel Manager managed the situation very well and resolved it.
