It's the greatest hotel in Chengdu. Everything was good enough.

Clean and nice staff

Great help from Luca to show us the highlights near the hotel and also from concierge team as they organized a day tour for us. Restaurant Li Xuan is a must!

Staff excellent. Air cons weren’t working well, but were fixed very quickly. Rooms were nice a clean. Good stay.

Level of service was very high, particularly my concierge Cherry who arranged everything from dinner reservations to a free hotel shuttle to the panda center. Multiple staff members greeted me by name in the hallway. I enjoyed my stay.

Room is clean and quite. Staffs are very helpful. Location is very convenient, walking distance to local restaurants and shopping malls.

Staff are very helpful . Special thanks to Ms Carol Liu at the restaurant for her exceptional hospitality and help during our stay . Chinese restaurant at the hotel is excellent with delicate dishes .

Very clean and comfortable room and excellent staff who were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Ventilation on non-smoking floors can be improved as cigarette smells could still be detected, although this was less pronounced inside the room itself.

A great stay at a The Ritz, from getting to the front door through to check-out all your needs are taken care off. The only issue was not having a room ready when we checked in around 3:30, and then having to chase up our luggage once we came back an hour or two later. The room is otherwise immaculate and very, very well maintained. Do be careful with the door to the toilet as my wife closed the door on her finger accidentally. Massive props to the housekeeping staff and service as the little touches, hand written cards, really makes it feel personalised and a home away from home. Great amenities; 24/7 gym, pool, sauna and steam room. We added a breakfast onto one of our mornings and it was okay. A good selection of foods - I would suggest it for the convenience. The location is perfect, a 20 - 30 minutes walk to all of the central areas and a great selection of drinks and food just downstairs. Definitely on the top of the list of hotels to stay at when we come back to Chengdu

Still a Ritz Carlton with the inherent great service, but the hotel can use a bit of an update. King bed are rather queen!! Luca was a of great service and helpful

Worth a try their breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff, hotel in city centre and easy to get to everywhere, will pick the same hotel when I come back to Chengdu next time

The hotel is pretty, overall, but I expected a higher level of service based on the name. The carpet in my room was extremely stained (I even turned off the lights to make sure it wasn't just shadows). And I became extremely sick after eating breakfast (and my dinner the night prior was hotel room service so if it wasn't due to breakfast, it was still definitely due to food prepared by the hotel).
