Great services, good room. Nice city view and very clean. Breakfast is wonderful too. So many varieties and different styles. Not far to most in-city hot spots. Great location.

Entry 车道标识不清，司机很不好找

Excellent services and staff. Everyone all the way from managers to cleaning staff greets and says hi even in passing. You feel like you are being pampered at all time. The service is better than any other 5-star hotels I have stayed at in China.

Our 5 night stay at the ritz was fabulous. The staff were brilliant, food fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and western options. Beautiful pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fresh cooked eggs and coffee. The view from the room was great. I loved the club lounge and the afternoon tea. Dinner options were good both in the hotel and outside. There are shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The underground is not far away. I will stay at the Ritz again if I am back in Chengdu.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. The service in all areas are all outstanding (above and beyond). The restaurant on the 25th floor is very good with a variety of selection. The dinner buffet was delicious!! Also, special thanks to Daisy at reception on the 25th floor for her outstanding service!! It was truly a very enjoyable stay!!

Experienced  in all my travels The Classic  Luxury style and  the location of this hotel appeal to me and it truly  befits the Ritz Carlton brand as seen In the photos ,  but it is the staff that have made my 8 day stay  so memorable.Each mender of the team that  I  have  met was  friendly, welcoming and no request was  to difficult In particular want to  mention  the outstanding  service offered  by the  Club lounge team   Hasnain , Stanley , Joy and Jess .  They went way and above their duty to ensure  that my Vegetarian dietary  need where Also want to mentionThe Concierge team. Carter , Rachael  and Robert  for also providing and exceptional  service that always went above and beyond there duty to help me with my requests Finally i would like to mention Zoey ( quality assurance manager  ) who was always   Joy to chat with and also. Made me feel welcomed Want to say thank you again for the wonderful experience  during my stay in chengdu I highly recommend The Ritz - Carlton Chengdu to any person visiting Chengdu
