I have been to London many times and this is the first experience landing at another hotel next to the one I use to stay. The hotel was quite new and awesome, near to the train station, reachable halal food and everything was good as its walking distance to most places of interest in London City.
Hotel ia clean and quite comfort with value for money that we pay as hotel in London. but the most we loke it us that it so near to the London Underground just 2 minutes walk which can connect us with major hotspot here in London.
Really terrible hotel, staff not friendly at all, they charged me 1 pound for each minute late check out. I lost my passport in my room and I asked for a minute to find ot out, I was late about 10 minutes checking out, and they asked me to pay 1 GBP for every 1 minute. Terrible, the hotel room is not equipped with air conditioner, feels very hot in summer and I can barely sleep.
The area is very OK and very close to paddington station, and lots of food around. Famous landmarks also can be reached on foot. Room was quite small for 3 people but we managed to fit. Hot water was working.
1. When at first time came to the room, the glass window already cracked. 2. Days 2, started on 4.30 until 07.00 AM, there was no water in bathroom. 3 times calling no responses. I have to go down to reception to complained. So I suggested to give the other room just to shower. They give in the other tower room.
The hotel is very near subway and tower bridge, walking distance, yet not noisy at all. Very clean and tidy. The only thing is it doesn't provide hotel slipper. Breakfast is fabolous. Very fast for check in. Our room was not ready when we reached there, waited for 15 min. But they are so kind, gave us complimentary drink at their bar.
For a hotel/apartment, the room is really spacious with its own kitchen set and dining table. Located in walking distance to Trafalgar Square and very near Embankment station & mini markets made it pleasant to walk around the area. There is also a coffee machine available for guests at the lobby. Few of the front office staff were friendly and helpful. Just wished that the rest of the staff also have such attributes. For such a large room, the TV could have been a bigger size as it was too small to watch, although the variety of channels was great. Room cleaning was done for a minimum stay of 6 nights, so we had to make due with our trash for our 3 nights stay there. Overall it was still an enjoyable stay for us.
