Strand Palace Hotel

From entering the hotel, being met by the most pleasant friendly doorman to check in was a great experience. The room was very clean and inviting. The bar staff were very friendly and polite. At breakfast the menu had a wide range of choices, catering for all. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in London.

The room was nit and clean,but small in size ,and not in keeping with superior deluxe as described..

Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was wonderful. However the room was disappointing and extremely small . The Bed wasn’t big enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is excellent, and staff was very helpful, especially at checkin.

Excellent service, the room was really clean and smelt amazing. All the hotel staff I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Location was near to majority of shopping and Pop up Christmas markets.

Everything was perfect. Lovely clean room with welcoming chocolate and bottled water. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect for the theatres and Covent Garden Would definately stay at The Strand Hotel again. Thank you. 😊

Just an amazing hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas, at a decent cost - and a shoutout to Anthony the doorman who was super helpful! Only downside was finding it hard to find room / lifts on the 4th floor and wait for the lifts.

We chose not to have breakfast so can’t comment. Lovely room but very small & didn’t like the bed against the wall which meant climbing over each other!

Staff very polite and helpful. High standard of cleanliness and facilities. Very efficient and pleasant check in left me with a great first impression

Breakfast buffet was wonderful, something for everyone. Asked a staff member for directions and he sent me the wrong way. Fortunately my friend knows how to use Uber and we got to our destination. Shower was small and the water would go from hot to cold to hot without changing the nozzle. Not sure why? We had lunch which served a delicious pumpkin soup and we shared a wonderful sandwich. Staff were helpful when we asked for extra towels and another luggage rack. Brought to room very quickly. Wait staff managed to be kind while being very busy and there was a long line but didn’t wait long to be seated. Nice area to be in. We walked to The Other Palace, The London Eye, and the Tower of London. It was a lot of walking but we were able to see the beautiful architecture through out the city

Nice clean room with comfy bed, although very small with a rubbish outlook from the window which had to be kept shut because of the noise from the extractor fans outside.

The room was very clean. We had an issue on the first night which was dealt with very quickly. Very pollite staff & a huge shout out to the lovely doorman , i use a stick & he came & took my arm everytime he saw me to help me down the stairs.
