Superb location, great food options in easy walking distance, room was clean, quiet and cozy. Transport to hubs north south and west within 10 minutes. Brilliant, will definitely book again.

We booked 3 rooms to stay with family. On checking in only 2 rooms were available so we had to wait over an hour for the last room. Miranda at check in was very helpful and kept apologising about the room not being available. Breakfast the next morning was very nice, lots of choice. All the staff we spoke to were very polite and accommodating. We have stayed here previously and would definitely stay again, a lovely hotel in an ideal location.

The Strand Palace is in the perfect location to enjoy the highlights of the city. We were able to walk to Trafalgar Square and it's in close proximity to the Hop/on Hop/off buses. Really enjoyed our stay

a bit of wear and tear, but not a dealbreaker for me. the hotel is literally in the best location (super close to the tube and bus lines that will take you where you want/need to go). this will be my go to the next time im in london, unless i win the lottery :)
