Stayed here based on ratings, cost, and proximity to tube lines (Convent Garden and Waterloo) and walk ability to numerous locations. Despite a rather long wait for a porter to retrieve a checked bag, service was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated the water and chocolate. Location is incredible, and this is a phenomenal location. Although I am a lifetime platinum elite with a major hotel brands I would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in London.

Decent place to stay, in a very nice neighborhood.
Room size was (expectedly) small.
The staff was helpful in returning some of the stuff that I had left at the hotel.

Amazing accommodations and friendly staff. Clean room with the most comfortable bed! There was even multi-national outlets for convenience. Safe area and walking distance to public transit as well as main tourist attractinos. I would definitely recommend and looking forward to a future visit.

Outdated, tiny and not ergonomic, window blocked by shutter that did not open the whole way so very dark. Terrible soundproofing. Able to hear everything in the next room, to the point that I could hear a zipper being zipped, not to mention many other sounds.

Fantastic property, only note is the shower basin is quite low and collects water quickly making it seem like it might flow out onto the floor, but other than that great worth for the month. Breakfast option is worth every penny, rooms are clean, sleek and modern. Property upholds its image well.

-Friendly Staff
-They have windows you can open
The Bad
-They have recently upgraded the towels and they are AWFUL. So thick and heavy. Difficult to use.
-Their cleaning staff bang let doors slam as they are going in and out of them to do their work. This starts as early as they do and continues well into the afternoon.
-No robes in the room

Hotel is close to the office so decided to try it. Unfortunate the AC unit wasn't working, couldnt reduce it below 19 degrees on a very hot night. The shower head was loose and only sprayed towards the screen or wall, not great. Otherwise room was ok.
