We had a lovely time at the Strand Palace, room was clean and comfortable, food also lovely at the restaurant, quality cocktails probably had a few too many. During the whole visit all staff were polite and professional. Will certainly book here again for another visit to London.

We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

Room was great everything you need and clean and tidy, staff were courteous at all times! Check in was terrible room wasnt available until 3:30 and had to have a lower room as higher room wasnt even clean so would har taken longer! Also they have taken a roo Rate out of my bank account which isnt ideal seeing as though i paid through experia!

Great hotel and location made to feel very welcome and special. It was a birthday treat and the hotel left me a gift and card as well as feee drink on the bar. Such a great gesture.
