Travelling on my own - checked in and was given the key to someone else room - so walked into someone else's room! As a solo traveler this made me nervous about staying in case it happened to my room. Was told i would be offered compensation - never was - ended up barricading myself in my room at night and had a terrible night sleep. All i got was sorry to hear that and asked to give my email. Terrible service and would not recommend for a Would not stay here again as a solo travller which is a shame as its great location. If you were staying in room 459 on Wednesday 13th May i have a photo fo the inside of you rrom that i took as evidence

We were checked in early & upgraded which was a nice surprise. Room very clean, tea, coffee machine, reusable water bottles & gorgeous bar of chocolate all top notch. They’d stay with this hotel, highly recommend it.

We paid for a superior king bed, but got two beds shoved together, loosely, that one could fall between. The room shower was hot and fast, rarity nowadays. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options.
