Great location if you plan to stay around for musical night or closed to convent garden

I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room.

Good location, rooms a bit small

They were able to check me in early, at noon rather than having to come back in the evening. My single room was way roomier than I imagined, clean and tidy. They also have a programme where they give you a bit of credit towards the bar or restaurant if you opt to skip housekeeping. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, supermarket across the street, and tons of food options all around. All the major central London landmarks are within half an hour of walking distance, even Tate Modern.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in a single room, very small but ok. Upon arrival it was a long queue- it took TOO long time to check in.

Great location. Restaurant was out of action but the staff were very helpful.

The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. Staff were all lovely helpful and so friendly. Great breakfast too. Couldn't fault a thing and can't wait to come back again.

Staff were all delightful. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom that lingered for our whole stay. We thought it was possibly due to the constant rain backing up the drains.

Modern clean room, staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed breakfast and excellent location.

Too long queue for entering the breakfast so I gave up as I had to leave for a meeting.

Lovely comfortable beds. Small room with twin beds very close together. Very clean. Great tea and coffee facilities and a lovely bar of hotel chocolate

Room was lovely, bathroom looked fairly new and spotless. Service was excellent from all staff. Breakfast was lovely, location is great!
