Staff were very friendly, must mention the doorman Anthony who was very helpful helping my husband up and down stairs at the front entrance, (husband suffers from dementia) and helping with luggage. Breakfast was plentiful.

I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room.

Great location. Convenient access to three different underground stations. Right in the theater district, and close to covent garden, which was a cool place to grab a beer and watch some buskers. Walking distance to all the obvious tourist spots: West Minster Abbey, Big Ben, London Tower, etc. Right by the river. I would stay here again.

The hotel was located in a very central spot. I think for the price point it was an excellent hotel. The rooms were upgraded and not too small for European standard. My only complaint is that they had a yummy lemoncelo chocolate left in the room and I wanted a second piece! They refused. 😆

Travelled on my own to London and felt very safe and comfortable staying here. The hotel is very nice, close to local amenities and surprisingly quiet for being in the city. My room was so quiet, I couldn’t hear any traffic sounds.
Will definitely plan to stay again.

The room was super small even compared to other London hotels. I have probably stayed in London 50 different times in my life, so I know the city and its’ hotels well. The room was super cramped, and we didn’t have a fridge. We asked for one and to no avail. We arrived at 330pm, on a Saturday, and our room wasn’t ready until 400pm. Guest services was a joke. No one seemed to know much or care for that matter. The buffet breakfast could have been much better especially for the price. There should have been salmon and eggs cooked to order for omelets. The eggs were always cold. On a positive note, the shower was very nice and the room temperature was perfect. Loved the location and it was clean. We loved the idea of the uber call up stand, but it was broken the day that we had to fly out to Heathrow. Next time, we plan to stay at the Savoy across the street and try it instead. The price will probably be much higher, but we want a better overall experience.
