Lovely hotel entrance, desk staff really polite and helpful and the room was clean, a decent size and just what we needed for a nights stay.

Room excellent, had opening window for some fresh air, a good-sized single room. The bathroom was fine and an espresso machine was included in the price. The only downside was that the room opposite this one 724, either 726 or 723, had a door closer that was set too tight and made the door slam very often including waking me in the night. Breakfast was also superb with an excellent choice and service. It was good to go down the surviving art deco staircase to this. It would be great to see more of this restored on the ground floor round the entrance area with future upgrades of the hotel. Thank you.

Room spotless, staff friendly, but amenities from the "old days" of Strand Palace are gone. No doorman, no concierge - info hard to get, mostly available by QR code. Staff not as sharp as previous years - scheduled car driver for Heathrow and I paced the lobby for half an hour before we realized we were looking for each other - although both of us had asked at the lobby desk twice. One thing that has often plagued the Strand has been subpar food, and this is apparently back in style. However, I have loved this hotel for 40 years, it is so convenient, rooms are fine and staff is pretty good - so I am likely to return. Old friends do forgive each other!

Amzing hotel, lobely clean room with a very Comfortable bed. All staff were helpul and friendly. Fantastic cocktail bar. We also had food in the attached restaurant and the food was lovely.

This would have been a 5 as this is our 3rd stay at this hotel we was disappointed at the room we book a queen size but I would say the bed was a double and the room was so so small it was on floor 9 in the roof the room was clean and modern but it was just too small for the price we paid we ask to change but no other rooms were available instead they gave us free breakfast and a free drink which was good of them but still I do fill the size of the room should have been mentioned in the booking.
