Great location if you plan to stay around for musical night or closed to convent garden

I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room.

Good location, rooms a bit small

They were able to check me in early, at noon rather than having to come back in the evening. My single room was way roomier than I imagined, clean and tidy. They also have a programme where they give you a bit of credit towards the bar or restaurant if you opt to skip housekeeping. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, supermarket across the street, and tons of food options all around. All the major central London landmarks are within half an hour of walking distance, even Tate Modern.

Staff were all lovely , nothing too much trouble ! Great stay lovely hotel highly recommend and the welcome drinks were a nice touch as well enjoyed it very much

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Preis und Leistung stimmen hier einfach nicht. Schon bei der Ankunft begann der Ärger: Obwohl wir nach der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit ankamen, mussten wir warten, da wir unser Zimmer zunächst doch nicht beziehen konnten. Später wurde unser Zimmer mehrfach vergeben, sodass plötzlich fremde Personen in unserem Zimmer standen – was nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch ein ernsthaftes Sicherheitsproblem war. Die Sauberkeit war inakzeptabel. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Essensreste, das Bett war voller Haare, der Teppich offensichtlich nicht gesaugt und die Dusche ebenfalls noch schmutzig. Zudem sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig – man konnte die Nachbarn am Morgen sehr deutlich f**** hören. Insgesamt war es ein äußerst enttäuschender Aufenthalt und in keiner Weise der Standard, den man bei diesem Preis und dieser Hotelkategorie erwarten würde.

Delay at reception on Feb 21 while my booking for two different days was connected to the same room. Room not ready at 2.50 pm and when I went back to check (no-one let me know it was ready) I had to go through the same connection procedure again. At both my breakfasts my stuff was cleared away while I was getting some cooked food, including my jar with medication and a banana, so I had to ask for more coffee and my jar back. I am a frequent customer and usually have a great stay. Disappointed this time.

Very clean and modern

Spotless room, courteous and friendly staff, fantastic location.

We booked a table at The Booking Office for 7pm. Ordered drinks and food. Main course didn’t arrive at our table until 8.30pm. Our waiter was attentive and apologetic. We were offered a free desert or drink to compensate. At no point did the manager come over and speak to us, which was a surprise. We also found the club style music being played to be intrusive and loud and out of character with the venue Our room was lovely but the nespspresso coffee wasn’t replaced for our second day. After two calls to housekeeping and a 35 minute wait, we got our coffee!

Room was in good condition but very small and badly designed and appointed. Ambiance in breakfast is pretty awful but full marks to the staff for processing so many people so efficiently and to the kitchen staff for keeping the food supplies topped up.

Fijn rustig hotel. Groot bed. Helaas beperkt uitzicht maar daardoor wel heel stil.

The overall presentation of the hotel was good. The staff were friendly.

Nice, clean & spacious room, fab breakfast. Bed was a bit too firm however. Spoke to reception and they were very helpful.
