Great location if you plan to stay around for musical night or closed to convent garden

I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room.

Good location, rooms a bit small

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The rooms are small, but they have everything that you’d need and are comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and the meals provided are very good. I plan to stay here again when I come back to London. Also, the location is excellent with access to many points of interest and good restaurants.

room was well set with a comfy bed. Air conditioning makes a difference especially with the current weather. Breakfast was my only concern as a woman on my own having to join what looked like a "scrum" for everything made breakfast a non starter.. I opted for the gin bar which has a very limited menu but was sufficient to avoid spending time in the "scrum". Staff were very helpful and having stayed they accommodated my luggage whilst I went to a show which collected after great service point.

Lovely centrally placed hotel, staff all lovely and approachable. Clean and tidy and very quite considering size and where located. Only thing would be a door to the ensuite in the classic single room. Shutters much better than curtains. More menu choice for the restaurant perhaps. Breakfast lots of choice. Would recommend to others.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the proximity to major London attractions so that I would walk or take public transit from close to the hotel. I really liked the quiet room and air conditioning. I wish there had been a bar fridge and facecloth provided but you can't have everything. I highly recommend this hotel. Have a great stay.

Bra läge, promenadavstånd till det mesta. Bullrig frukostmiljö med stressande musik och mycket spring är väl det stora minustecknet. Annars bra.

Great location, friendly staff

Still as great as ever. Friendly staff, comfortable and serviceable rooms, very decent prices given the location. The bar is classy and serves good cocktails and breakfast snacks. One thing that still feels weird to me after all this time is the lack of a door to the bathroom in the single rooms, but you get used to it.

I had a short day but enjoyed every moment. Thank you to everyone who makes the hotel so special! Lastly located in a wonderful area, very walkable. Thank you.
