The breakfast was very good. And I was impressed by the care taken when I said I was Coeliac( gluten free)! A very pleasant door man who lent me an umbrella to attend the Opera House on Saturday evening! And Bame at check in was very efficient.

A really nice place to stay. Dead opposite the Savoy, spot on for the theatres. I would say sleep using the AC and not with the window open as it’s a busy area with plenty of traffic. We had a great time, staff are friendly and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and in a great part of the city, within walking distance to a lot of the sights. Our fight got in early but we were able to pre check-in and they stored our bags for us while we went out and explored. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Location is brilliant for getting to so many places. The hotel is clean and the staff really helpful. The size of the room was a bit of a shock. I booked a superior single room; it is the smallest hotel room I have ever been in.

The room was quite large with a lovely king bed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extra but very good and a good value. But best was location. Right in the heart of the theatre district and a short walk to most major tourist sights. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again next to time I'm in London.

Lovely bed, clean room and really positive staff. However the maintenance of the hotel was lacking. Our TV was VERY wonky on the wall, sockets were damaged and “pushed back” into their face plates. Vending machines out of order. So so the good, silly things let it down. For the price point, won’t be staying again as there is better, but if location is important, it is a good hotel with excellent staff and service level.

Busy hotel in centre of London close to theatres, Covent Garden etc. Our room faced inwards onto an ugly, somewhat unkempt area. Otherwise room was fine. Baththoom very nice.

The room was clean and freshly painted. It was VERY small. The lights were next to the room door for both the bedroom & bathroom. No switch in the bathroom. Also no outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom. Though we got off on an annoying foot when after a red eye flight, we arrived 20 minutes before check in and had to store our baggage, the rest of our stay was great! The staff were kind and helpful. Having a restaurant for a late night snack or drink on site was wonderful. The small bar also opened early with pastries & coffee. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast that was ridiculously overpriced. Fortunately within a few steps of the hotel were several great breakfast options.
