The check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were clean, although they felt a little dated. The hotel’s paid private parking was convenient, but the spaces were extremely tight, making it difficult to get in and out of the car once parked.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Using the multi storey next door was pretty easy and my car felt secure. A good central Bristol location. The room had a comfortable bed and the shower was nice and powerful. Generally I had a more than adequate stay and would stay again if visiting Bristol 👍

Great location for exploding Bristol. Having the car park right next to the hotel is a huge bonus for a city centre hotel and it’s reasonably priced.

The room was okay and good value for the centre of Bristol - some TLC needed in the rooms - warn carpets, dirty window frames - just gave the feeling of being grubby. When looking our the window you are overlooked by other rooms and this showed more signs of improvements being necessary - lead flashing falling off the roof. We had one drink in the bar and fruit flies were very evident. Not a bad stay but not perfect - just a need for for investment and some TLC!

Good central location. Hotel smells of curry which is fine if that’s your thing, bar prices very expensive, bar staff inattentive. The hotel is geared towards Indian clientele (Indian cricket and tennis on the bar tv’s). Wifi next to useless. I couldn’t sleep because of a very loud whining noise in my room(153) and the corridor which I reported to the staff on my departure. If you’re looking for a Bristolian experience, this hotel isn’t it.

Hotel is in an excellent location. It is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and it is within an easy 5 min walk of the hippodrome theatre. A decent size secure carpark is across a small, quiet road from the hotel. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good- plenty of choice and easy to find a table. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a large hotel but only has 2 lifts which state they hold 8 but were full with 5 in. It was a very busy weekend as the Bristol half marathon was on the Sunday but only one of the lifts were working so there were always long waits for the lift. We were on the 3rd floor and due to the hotel’s location could hear music and people until after midnight. The noise wasn’t particularly loud but I could see some guests having an issue with it.

Good location, simple enough to check in and room was a nice size. Just looked tired in places and we noticed bottles or rubbish left outside people’s rooms remained there across the two days of our stay.
