Only stayed for one night and didn't have breakfast there but the room was lovely. It was during the hot spell so the room was nicely air conditioned on arrival. Had a bath which is a major plus for me and a hair dryer, iron/ironing board and safe amongst the usual things. Would stay again and would recommend

I can’t stress enough don’t stay here. Filthy is an understatement. the twist on the English food is its curry and nothing else. Parking is advertised but any vehicle over 5 ft doesn’t fit and staff couldn’t care less. No other parking available anywhere as all local car parks the same height restrictions.NO REFUNDS. even if you haven’t checked in because you can’t park. Over priced. I payed £330 for 2 nights stayed one because it smelled so bad.mouldy bathroom, mouldy windows ,stains on carpet. What looked like bodily fluids up the walls of the room, one lift out of order and the other is filthy dirty. Reservations is closed more than it’s open and reception won’t deal with any booking issues therefore you have to put up and shut up once you have booked it online. This hotel won’t be here much longer, it can’t be if it has any sort of checks done by the local authority I travel lots for work and by far the worst Iv stayed in. If you’re unfortunate enough to end up here make sure your tetanus is up to date.

Room cramped for two people. Bed extremely hard and the surface convex. Television control dysfunctional. No proper shower, only a shower over the bath. No proper soap, and the plastic bottle soap was empty. A general sense of neglect. Positive note: the car park works well.

The room was very clean. Comfortable beds, good shower. The view wasn’t great (concrete wall!) but didn’t matter to us. Excellent value for money. Fantastic location in the centre of town and so quiet, I was surprised I couldn’t hear any noise from the roads. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though a bit slow at check in, beware longer queues at 3pm. Quick check out available.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip because it had been recommended by a Bristol local. When we later described our first room to them, they were horrified and apologized for suggesting it. Our first stay started with what I can only describe as the hotel's version of a welcome drink: a full beer left behind by the previous guest. Not an empty bottle hidden somewhere—a full beer sitting in the room when we arrived. The window sill was filthy, the view consisted of rooftop air-conditioning units and a piss bottle, and one of the hotel's two elevators was out of service. The remaining elevator was frequently occupied by housekeeping staff moving large trolleys between floors, making waits even longer. We reported the issues to the front desk and later through Expedia. Based on the condition of the room, we asked to cancel a second stay scheduled a few days later. The hotel refused despite receiving details of the complaint and photographic evidence. To their credit, they moved us to a larger preferred room for the second stay. It was cleaner, but still tired and worn, with stained carpets and obvious signs of deferred maintenance. Hotels make mistakes. What disappointed us was the response. The hotel acknowledged the complaint, documented the evidence, and still offered no refund, credit, or goodwill gesture. Bristol is a fantastic city with no shortage of places to stay. If we return, we’ll be trying one of the others.

Sadly this is NOT a 4-star hotel. It was perfectly clean and comfortable but without any desirable amenities or luxury. The bar had a very limited drinks menu and the wine I drank was awful.

The check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were clean, although they felt a little dated. The hotel’s paid private parking was convenient, but the spaces were extremely tight, making it difficult to get in and out of the car once parked.
