Really loved the room, very stylish and well presented, clean and well arranged.

Nice rooms but a noisey hotel

Staff were great rooms outdated food not great

Clean, comfortable restaurant area and lounge and pleasant staff.

The staff was kind and the lobby is lovely. Our room was clean, but with a couple of spots and we wouldve loved another table and mat to stop slipping in the shower. The style is minalmist and room basic but comfortable. We we're a bit surprised with having to pay to keep our luggage. Honestly, we enjoyed the location and everything was fone. Thank you

Clean room, great breakfast and staff were really good.

Bed was very uncomfortable, no heating so it was really cold, duvet was thin, pillows were wafer thin, and towels were rough.

The room was really small, as was the bed. The room was expensive so I’d expected a better room. Breakfast was good. Rest of hotel was nice. The fact it has no working phone (I spent 30mjns going thru various call centres and failing) is absolutely ridiculous and I nearly cancelled thinking it was a scam…

Great hotel, walking distance to all local sights. Second time we've stayed here when visiting Bristol. Ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing, all staff very friendly

Hotel was very nice the room was clean and the staff were great. The bed and the pillows were just about okay. Overall good stay.

The room was nice and the staff we spoke to were lovely. However, in the morning of our stay we were woken up by loud construction work being carried out below our room within the hotel.

Staff were lovely, room and bar were great as was the breakfast. The wife would have liked a mattress protector and plumper pillows. Trying to drive right to it to park in on-site parking proved to be a nightmare. Google Maps and What-3-Words really struggled. Overall, great location and would stay there again without hesitation.

As expected although being charged to secure luggage is not a considered expense and should be free of charge

As a wheelchair user: Really poor access to the front of the building. When I also the adaptive bathroom wasn’t safe due to a toilet seat lid that was attached to the toilet base.

I stayed for a personal break. The room was nothing like the lobby entrance leads you to believe it will be. Nice modern bathroom yet the bedroom was confused. Older style with confused furnishings. The bed was awful. Spent the whole night trying to avoid being stabbed by springs. There is no information in the room to let you know anything about services available/restaurant info etc. Its up to you to work all this out for yourself. Staff were lovely. Did not choose to eat breakfast here as on arrival we looked at the displayed menu and it only offered and indian cuisine. When check in team member asked if we would like to add it i commented that it did not cater to our needs. Yhe response was that sure they offer a full english style, but then gave no further infor when asked about dietary requirements. Enjoyed my stay as much as could with lack of sleep. However would not return.
