Room was clean but cold. Niceties were limited.

Not worth the money charged. £195 for a room. No biscuit, bottle of water. No heating in bathroom. Loud AC, lumpy bed. Nothing premium about the premium room. Booked 5 rooms and have to pay for them all individually rather than paying together so took ages. Lady who checked me in was apologetic. Don't pay for breakfast, it was not good quality at all with limited selections for the price they charge. Honestly not a good experience at all. Think they need to consider what they charge. If this was £100 maybe I wouldn't moan but to charge that much is extortionate with no added anything. Also £19 to park is insane!

The rooms are very dark, and the hotel does need a refurb.

Lovely man on reception let us check in early and gave us an upgrade but the room was very cold, could'nt have a shower, no heating in the bathroom and heating it seems on timer so didnt come on until 6pm.... one thing i do not like is a cold room... Staff very nice and helpful, be careful of deal on in restaurant as breakfast and evening meal for 30.00 each includes drink but limited choice and charged me 4.00 for extra lemonade... very expensive. Will not be going back im afraid, parking £19.00 for 24 hours so not bad for centre of Bristol.

Bed was very uncomfortable, springs could be felt

Staff were very helpful and allowed early check in (1:30pm). The hotel itself is ion a gorgeous building. The rooms are spacious, and my bathroom was a good size. The only issue I had was that at night the bathroom was VERY cold, and the room itself also chilly. I tried to warm it up via the air con/ heater, but it wasn't powerful enough. This did affect the quality of my sleep.

Nothing grand about this hotel. Run down and dilapidated with a lick of fresh paint to try cover it. Poor quality bed and pillows, thin threadbare towels, extremely unclean manky bathroom, extractor fan ran constantly with no way to turn it off. This was in an "upgraded room" too so I dread to think what the other rooms are like. Location is good but I wouldn't recommend

Great location for visiting Bristol. Hotel a little run down. Staff friendly and enthusiastic but a little bit inept. Over complex air con and heating system a particular issue.

Table and floor not clean, crumbs and dust. Towels not in great conditions. One of the lamps were burnt, so was dark. Not soundproofing rooms. Mix of the sympathy, some nice staff others unfriendly. Parking and breakfast not included. For the UK reality not that bad. Good location if you don't want the breakfast in the hotel

Rooms are small but adequate. Air conditioning good Staff were helpful but there was an obvious shortage of staff on at breakfast, food running out, machine new needing servicing and top ups. The shower curtain had some mould on it. One lift out of action so waiting times to get to 4th floor not good. Parking is overtly expensive at £19 a day

Only there for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room quite small but everything you needed there. Very clean and beds very comfy.

Excellent location for the city centre and harbour side. Lovely decorated hotel and room. Worth paying a bit extra for the deluxe room - very spacious room. Only improvement could be the bed - sprung mattress so pretty hard and slightly uncomfortable. Would still recommend the hotel as very reasonably priced.

It was exactly what we needed

The location was great, the room was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean large room. Safe didn’t function and no lightbulb in desk lamp. Door card would only function on the 3rd attempt every time. Nice hotel but totally marred by an ‘Anime’ convention which lasted the 2 nights we were there. The hotel never informed us of this before our stay but if they had we would never have booked the accommodation. Noisy and packed with animated dysfunctional young people. We have yet to contact the hotel to raise our huge disappointment!

Nice and central

Hotel was clean and comfortable. My main issue was that there wasn’t decent lighting in the room - the lights in the main room were very dull. Fine for the evening but felt like I couldn’t see properly in the morning - especially as there was very little day light coming into the room.

Great location. Very small room, terrible view, uncomfortable bed and rock hard pillows With all that, we should have booked the bigger room. We got reasonable value for money

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy.
