The staff and security were very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean, and has a nice view of the town. The tower has a great view with a pool and mushola area. Stayed for the second time and still impressed with the quality and consistency of service, the location is easy to reach, next to Alfamart, room 106 is quite quiet with a mountain view (bonus Alfamart office and warehouse), the room and hotel area are clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye, all the staff we met were very friendly and communicative, all the room facilities function well, breakfast is numero uno in terms of variety and taste, overall this hotel will probably always appear as the first option if there is a need to stay in Bandung, and I will happily recommend it to friends, thank you.
