Always stay here. The hotel location is very strategic. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff are all friendly. The receptionist is friendly and very helpful 👍🏻. The bed in the hotel room is soft, the AC is cold. The toilet is clean. The hotel lobby has many spots for photos because it is aesthetic and beautiful. Really highly recommended. Nice hotel with affordable price 👍🏻

Stayed during New Year's Eve, so imagine how crowded the place is, but despite all the crowd, all the staff handle it really well, super capable & reliable, shout out to the reception team. And I love the room is super clean & comfy. And the location is really strategic. Keep up the good work, Aloft Jakarta Wahid Hasyim.

Strategic location; close access to Cikini station, food, and entertainment (Metropole XXI). The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped, from a washing machine and iron to cooking utensils. There's a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to try them. All the staff are friendly and responsive. There were some issues with the air conditioning and the deposit refund, but everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups.

Friendly staff, strategic location. Close to the city center and busway stop. It's easy to go anywhere. The location is near PBNU, you can enter from the road next to the PBNU building. AC cold, wifi smooth. With an affordable price, it's certainly worth it. It's quite unique, the room is all mirrors, on the walls and on the ceiling.

A very safe and comfortable place to stay. Safe because the door is always locked and opened by staff, the access door to the room is different and only staff can open the fingerprint so guests are very safe without worrying about strangers entering
The staff is friendly and helpful in everything, the kitchen is clean complete with cutlery, refrigerator, oven, electric stove. Comfortable and will come back again to try and fight in Jakarta to achieve the award

The service was very satisfying. Initially, I was confused about how to book a room using the app, but then Mr. Hafid helped me through the booking process and check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, with complete amenities, especially the free laundry room for guests staying at Ashley. My stay here was excellent; the room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center and there are plenty of food vendors nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in Central Jakarta.
