The swimming pool is very spacious. The kids enjoyed swimming. The children's pool is shallow, so it's safe. The view is pleasant while swimming. The gym is comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast has a wide selection. The rooms are spacious, and the bathtub is a generous size.

Every time I visit Jakarta, I always stay here. Yesterday, I got a free upgrade to a family room with two connecting rooms. The room had a living room. I was very satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have business in Jakarta.

The hotel staff are all friendly, greeted with smiles, greetings & good attitude starting from entering the parking lot, continuing into the clean & fragrant room, cool AC & water heater is also great, strategic area close to important places such as eateries, coffee shops, hospitals, stations, travel buses, even not far from the police station. Definitely will come here again...

If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to Ashley. The service was absolutely amazing. The receptionist, Saskia, was very humble and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, fragrant, and close to everything. Especially at night, the vibe is so beautiful, seeing Jakarta!

I've stayed at 101 Urban Thamrin many times. The impression is very pleasant. The receptionist and other staff are friendly. The security is still agile, friendly, and willing to help carry luggage to and from the car (both during check-in and check-out).
