I have stayed here many times, Hotel Seruni is indeed environmentally friendly, comfortable for a staycation, the environment is clean, the staff are also very friendly, I always stay at Seruni when I go to Puncak.

Breathtaking view, surrounded by nature, a family-friendly hotel with many activities for kids. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing too with a lot of variety of foods. Your kids will love it!

The place is very comfortable, clean, and the service is very satisfying, highly recommended.

The room was actually a bungalow type. So there is a carport, porch, small living room, a bed room, and a bathroom. It was more than we expected (we expected just a normal bedroom like in hotels). The grand ussu itself is quite big with restaurants and convention. The bungalow itself was quite old but well maintained. We could really relax in there and enjoy the atmosphere. In the morning, we can walk and circle the hotel area since it spans quite a large area.

The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent👌. Highly recommended if you're going to Puncak and bringing kids, as the hotel is kid-friendly and located very close to the main road🥰
