She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. The hotel is located right in the center of Medan city. Across the hotel is the Famous Old but Well-known Restaurant: Tip Top. Nearby, there are lots of food options in the evening. I made a reservation which included breakfast. The breakfast is okay, enough in the morning. I had a very good stay, the staff were friendly, the room was big and clean, and so was the bathroom. More than I expected. The design they made in the hotel is very Instagrammable. I recommend this hotel, but please don't increase the price, because I want to stay here again.. LOL.

This is the best of the best 5-star hotels. 1. The entire hotel staff is friendly, patient, and polite, with exceptional service. 2. The interior of the hotel and rooms is very luxurious. 3. There was a welcome drink, a free birthday cake, and beautiful birthday decorations in the room. 4. I booked well in advance, and all my special requests were met very well. It was all worth it, with the extraordinary service from the staff. I was given a 2 p.m. check-out, and the kids had free breakfast even though they had breakfast in the room. Check-in was very fast, and it was delivered directly to the room. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous, even though we had breakfast in the room. I was truly satisfied with the abundance and delicious taste of the food. The best part was the lontong (rice cake) at breakfast; it was absolutely delicious. If I could give this hotel 10 stars for its service, food, and everything. It's truly a 5-star hotel with no flaws whatsoever. I was very happy to stay at Grand Cityhall; it didn't disappoint in the slightest
