Comfortable hotel, located in the north coast, I stopped for transit trips to East Java. In the lobby, Semarang souvenirs and batik are available. There is a minimalist swimming pool also in the lobby, many Instagramable spots. The best room faces the rice fields, especially if the rice fields are green. The breakfast location is also interesting with a rice field view. I like the aroma of lemongrass in this hotel. The soaps and shampoos in the bathroom are also the smell of lemongrass.

During this pandemic, shankara is the best choice. It offers villa-type rooms so we can keep distance from other guests and also maintain our privacy. We enjoyed its swimming pool so much. The breakfast was also good. Within walking distance, there is bicycles rental station. We rented bicycles and hired a guide to enjoy beautiful village scenery, experienced pottery-making, and visited coconut brown sugar home-industry. So happy to meet nice people in the village. We really enjoyed our holiday in magelang at the fullest despite of the closure of Borobudur.

MG Suites Hotel Semarang
It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

The room for junior suite type was very comfort and large, this hotel also gave you the snack in bar in every room to indulge your taste whenever you fell hungry. We stayed for 2 nights, the location is strategic, easy to find because it is on the main road, we can take a walk to malls across the hotel (Pakuwon & The Park), there is a famous pizza dining place in the hotel area too, the room is clean, the hall is clean, the toilet is clean, comfortable to sleep here, will surely come back here again.
