Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel especially Andre who gave us free upgrade of room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary birthday cake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Really glad to have a staycation in Wyndham, the room was big, even the bathroom was so spacious, and the swimming pool was so big. My kids love it. The breakfast is so varied, and it tastes good, they do have Indonesian famous noodles stall, there. The staff was so friendly, especially Pak Iskandar, who really helped us a lot, during our stay. The cleanliness also got the point, the room was clean and well maintained. The location was near Mall Kokas, only a 5mins walk and voila! Arrived. Thank you Wyndham, we’ll be back for sure.

The room I stayed in (superior) was comfortably larger than most city hotels. It was nicely furnished (I mostly liked the writing desk), the bed and sheets was clean and comfy. The bathroom was also nice and well-cleaned. The front office staffs were helpful and friendly. The main plus for me was this hotel is a stone-throw away from Atrium Plaza, a mid size shopping mall.

I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

Overall quite a nice old hotel. But the linen lines are bit yelowish. Breakfast is very variative but too much so the taste of the breakfast is not too tasty. Better less variative but taste delicious. Just a suggestion. Staff friendly.

Indonesia Travel Tips

  • Women should avoid visiting Komodo Island during menstruation because the komodos are very sensitive to the smell of blood.
  • Give sweets to the Raja Ampat’s natives. They assume that sweets from strangers are a gift and symbol of friendship.
  • Use your right hand to eat and everytime you give or receive something from people. In Indonesia, using the left hand is considered as a bad attitude.
