I think this is the hotel I will always book when I go to Japan. It's strategically located near Tokyo Station. There's tea time even if you don't order food. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and spacious. I really like it.

Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Tokyo Station, which made it super easy to get around the city and catch trains. The rooms are compact (as expected in Tokyo) but spotless, comfortable, and well-designed with everything you need. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. A great place to stay in Tokyo! The location was excellent—very close to the Ginza area and easily accessible from Haneda Airport. There was a station just a short walk away, making it convenient to get around the city. Several convenience stores were also nearby, which was super handy. The room and bathroom were spacious enough, and every room had a massage chair, which was a nice touch. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it offered great value for money with the amenities provided.

I was scheduled to depart early the next morning, so I asked them to ship my luggage even though it was late at night. Despite the late hour and the large number of people checking in, they handled it with a smile without showing any displeasure, which was a great help.

The hotel is near Narita Station. Full facilities, clean, quite spacious room. We booked two beds. In the corridor between the front door of the bathroom and the bag can be opened 28 inches and 24 inches open simultaneously. Check in and check out very early. Very good service staff. There is a free shuttle. We flew in the morning. Choose the first round at 05.25 hrs. Arrive at the airport. Chill. Wait for check in. Personally that it is convenient and suitable for people who have morning fights Last night before going to bed near the airport.

The room is luxurious, price is fair, near to the airport, and have bus to airports and malls.

I would definitely come back here again. Best location, best staff personality, best room, amenities, even room cleaning done within my only 2-night stay.

Stayed there for 7 days. Location: Iriya Station (which you'll get Ginza and Hibiya lines). Across the station you'll find Family Mart and can buy things before back to your hotel for dinner/breakfast. Accommodation: I stayed in female floor level 6, with 6 ladies, full AC and you can keep your luggage inside your room. They'll change your bed sheet on the 3rd day. Toilets: they had separated 2 showers with hot and cold water and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pump bottle. 3 toilets with Japanese toilet technology with tissue and bidet, and 1 make-up room with lotions and hairdryers. You can rent a towel for 200 yen. Washing machine and dryer machine works well on level 7 and 9. Laundry soap can buy in receptionist for 100 yen. Elevator runs well and they have cozy lobby that you can spend your time browsing with fast unlimited internet there. Safe environment and suitable for families, backpackers, and groups. They serve breakfast that you can pay for 620 yen all you can eat. Nice one. Thank you UnGrids Ueno for the hospitality and will stay there again soon for sure.

The accommodation is clean, the men's shower room is a shared shower room, there is an onsen and sauna room. Accommodation is near to Ueno Station and shopping area. In addition, there are 7-11 in the front. I like it very much.

The hotel was very clean and it was a very comfortable stay before my flight. Other guests also followed the rules and used the facilities politely, so I didn't have any issues. It's directly connected to the airport, so it was very convenient. I'd definitely use it again if I have an early morning flight.
