If you're in Osaka, stay here. It's very close to shopping and Dotonbori, with the station right below the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly and clear in explaining. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Amenities are very complete, can get pajamas, even shoe cleaners. Strategic location close to Shin Osaka station and also close to Family Mart and Sevel. Overall it is very okay to stay here and highly recommended.

I booked the Mt. Fuji room view! It was so breathtaking! Very nice, and the onsen has the best facilities. They have REFA brand as the hairdryer! Breakfast too, very nice, they have many kinds of food.

Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.

The service is excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Japan. The staff are friendly, attentive, and I will definitely stay here again if I come to Japan again. The price is affordable, the accommodation is good, and it's conveniently located.
