In front of this hotel, we can find restaurant open 'til night and the food is delicious. Beside this hotel there is massage original from Thailand. My check-in experience at your hotel was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. I arrived to find four people waiting, and I was second in line. We were then directed to another counter, but before I could be served, the person who was third in the original line jumped ahead of me. To make matters worse, after the first customer was done, the counter then served the fourth customer, completely skipping over me! I was the second person there and ended up waiting while people who arrived after me checked in. It was a chaotic and unacceptable start to my stay."

Great accommodation. My family is already a regular here. The highlight would always be the close proximity to our hospital, we could practically walk to the hospital. Taxi is also an option to the elderly, and it's really close by. The room is spacious and clean.

A pleasant 2 nights stay in Sunway. Only 30 minutes away from the airport, easy to check in and out, helpful staffs, spacious, clean and well-equipped room. Also walking distance to the culinary area, pharmacy, and mini mart.

super strategic location just next to gleneagles hospital in penang. 2 min walk to doctor appointment. the room was nice but a little off about amenities. theres only a little amount of soap and shampoo, also no bathroom mat. also quite noisy but overall okay :)
