I just arrived at 14.00 and the room is still not available. We have to wait the house keeper clean up the room and it takes almost 1 hour. How come that was happended? Plus, They have no kettie. The price was enough pricy but the facility and the services? Talking about the staff, staff was very impolite when talked on WhatsApp about fines cause I was 30 minutes late checking out. Think twice to pick this hotel.

Pelayanan hotel memuaskan, fasilitas juga cukup lengkap, breakfast variatif dan banyak pilihan, lokasi ga jauh dr malioboro walau jalan kaki. Oleh oleh bakpia juga deket dan dekat juga sama yg suka nasi kuning cuman antrinya panjang.

It 's really closed to the Malioboro, just walking. So many street food and restaurants nearby. Well recommended.

Staff is friendly, but it is very difficult to get elevator during breakfast time, should do a separate breakfast place.

For location it 's quite far from city centre (malioboro). Kind of hard to find foods nearby too since it 's in the middle of residential and government district. Cons:- the towel really got a lot of feathers that will stick to your body. Don't know whether it 's the towel characteristic or is it because of the washing method.- aircon is either very cold or not cold.- not soundproof. I can hear the baby 2 rooms across me crying at midnight.- breakfast is a duhh. Can't expect more though with the hotel price include breakfast during lebaran. Pros:- quiet neighbourhood.- refill water near the lift on every floor.- staffs are very polite and helpful.
