This cozy homey place is on the 1st list to stay in the center of Jogja. You might want to staycation here. Huge fans for the trees! Morning's bird songs? It's real here, for the birds are there in the trees and we can actually enjoy them from the front yard. Its cafe is a gem for coffee addicts! Mas Fajar and its owner are kind, friendly and helpful in many ways. I love them immediately! My 5 kids love this place in an instant! I definitely will choose this place again to stay with my family.

Amazing place with such nice people working here. The location is perfect in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood beetween Malioboro and Prawirotaman. The room is simple but clean and very spacious. Shared bathroom / toilets are also clean and shampoo and soap are provided. The breakfast was delicious and we rent a motorbike here for the same price quoted in town but the one we had was only 3 months old. Wi-Fi was very good as well. Totally recommend this homestay!
