Villa in Batu Ampar

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

Very comfortable for staycation with family.

The staff very friendly and the hotel gave us a hotel room upgrade from the room we booked, Our family is very grateful and thankful for having had a pleasant experience at this hotel… we will back again

Pros:- Near Pasar Jodoh.- Cold air conditioner.- Clean room.- Friendly staff.- A lot of TV channel selections. Cons:- Lobby has the stench smell from the first day until the last day of my stay here (smells like urine not sure why)- No water hose, only bidet.- The towel will be given around 5.30pm during the check in due to laundry (smells good tho)- very bad wifi connection. Had to purchase the internet on my own due to this. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here given the price offered. Please do improve on your wifi.

The paste and shampoo they provided was expired in 2021. Refrigerator and intercom was not working. Access card work very rarely, need to walk and call reception guys for help. But they help immediately.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options. The hotel 's location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and services. Rating: 4/5 stars.".

Overall good, worth it, just have 1 complaining for sound of television since it not work for every single chanel.
