The hotel location is very near to Batam Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall, which is easily accessible. The hotel room is spacious and clean with essentials provided. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube access, etc. The buffet breakfast had quite a wide variety of foods. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed for three days for meetings and fieldwork. I wanted to charge my laptop and phone, but I didn't have a 3-prong travel plug converter with me. At 11 PM, I asked customer service where the nearest outlet sold one. The hotel/customer service immediately lent me their stock. A room attendant arrived shortly afterward to deliver the converter. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel.
