Exchanging tickets is super easy, prices are cheaper when you buy them on Traveloka, and the place isn't too crowded, and there's plenty of room for picnics.
There are enough animals.

Booking through the app is incredibly easy. Once you arrive, simply scan the barcode to exchange it for a wristband and enter!
However, the stroller rental location is quite far away and should be combined with the scooter rental location.

Many animal cages have no partitions at all, even though they are tame animals, no one knows if they will suddenly attack, especially small children.

It was so sad when I went there on July 21, 2025, the hippo area was closed :'( It was so sad to see the hippos isolated from above, huhu.. It was said that there had been changes, but it turned out to be the same as before, the cleanliness of the cages was not maintained...

We visited Bandung Zoo last weekend and were surprised to find it so interesting. There were plenty of activities on offer, including feeding the animals, and the grounds were very shady and cool. While there's still room for improvement regarding cleanliness, overall, Bandung Zoo was a really fun, affordable, and enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back again.
