How to Refund

Refund requests can only be processed before the selected visit date. To receive up to a 100% refund, the request must be made at least 1 day before your scheduled visit. Refunds requested less than 1 day before the visit date will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that the final refund amount will exclude service fees, discount coupons, and/or bank transfer unique code charges.
