Happy, very helpful, friendly & nice guide

The guide is not friendly. Along the way the participants were often left behind so that two of us had to go with another group.

Bli Wayan is helpful during my hike even he was left me and away 5 meters apart during the climb up and during go down after sunrise he was going with other participants and we were far away from each other but he awaited me in the parking spot and during my way to back to parking little bit get lost in the track. They said this is private but actually sharing guides with other persons. So my experience was so-so not so great and not so bad. But this organizer is the cheapest one comparing other tour travel.

Ketut Agus took us up the mountain and was a really great tour guide. He made sure we were all together and checked on everyone in a friendly manner. When we got to the top he took us around different areas and told us interesting facts about the area around the mountain. Highly recommended!

I had a great time on my sunrise trip with Wayan. I originally booked with another guide but I'm so glad I ended up on this tour. Wayan kept checking in with all of us to make sure we were okay, and he was very attentive. Overall a very patient and unforgettable experience. Excellent! Such an amazing experience.

I highly recommend climbing Mount Batur to see the sunrise - absolutely stunning and the trek quite easy. Our pick up was very punctual and the car was comfortable, we slept on the road. Our guide was fantastic, very pleasant to talk to and of course he took us to the top, after finishing climbing I was also invited to a very beautiful civet coffee plantation and the owner of the coffee was very friendly. I really enjoyed today's trip. I will go again.
