economical package to tour KL landmarks.. although the ticket is stated as 24 hours, but because the operating hours are only until 18:00, the ticket can be used again for the next day (info from the counter guard). if you want a night tour (city of light) it is better to book in advance because the quota is limited.

The ride was ok to see most of tourist's attraction in kuala Lumpur , the problem is the quality of the bus itself need more improvement specially on double decker.

There are 2 tour routes, city tour and garden tour, which depart every 30 minutes from 9 am to 6 pm.

The guide was not friendly, the driver was careless in driving the bus and ran 6 red lights, it would be a shame to ride this bus.

So when choosing a package, I made the wrong choice, choosing the package for Malaysian citizens. It's just strange that there is a package for Malaysian citizens on the Indonesian app because the explanation for Malaysian citizens is not on the app. When exchanging tickets on the app, it says that, but for the trip it's really good.

next time traveloka should explain in detail. because this ticket is valid for day time only. the night one is called: KL city of light.

If the afternoon is very hot, it feels tired on the road, but it's worth it to be able to travel around KL :)

I am not comfortable with the service because the person is rude,,, does not respect our bus guests as tourists feel very uncomfortable with the treatment of the assistant driver. Has no manners for passengers,,, and also feels like being cheated

I bought this online and when I exchanged a physical ticket with the staff, they told me that this price was for Malaysians only, then the staff asked me for another RM160 AGAIN.... IS THIS THE SAME?

The bus staff was friendly, we were lucky because we met someone who was willing to explain. It turned out that we could go around for 2 days. It's better to set aside half a day if you want to go around using the bus. Because the time it takes for the bus is a bit longer than taking a grab. The route taken by the bus is a bit roundabout. The KL Hop bus stop is also a bit difficult to find. Only a few places are easy to find. It's better to wear comfortable shoes when in KL. Because you have to walk everywhere. Unless you want to spend more to take a grab.
