You Should Also Know This

In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, the vehicles used for the airport transfers are equipped with Toyota’s latest Plasmacluster Technology (developed by DENSO and Sharp). This technology allows the vehicle’s climate control system to emit positive and negative ions, similar to those found in nature. These ions attach to airborne molds and viruses and break them down, making the air in these vehicles safer and cleaner to inhale. The vehicles will have anti-bacteria wipes on car handles and seats and will undergo steam cleaning for vehicle cabins. Drivers will also air the vehicle for at least 20 minutes before the next pickup.

The driver will wait for 60 minutes from your flight arrival time/assigned pick up time. For any possible delays, please ensure you contact Traveloka or the drivers directly.

We want to say that we feel very guilty. The driver was very calm with the incident. Meaning that we have reserved the SIM and have to pick up the SIM first But we couldn't find Terminal 3, we got lost, had to postpone the time to pick up the SIM and the other thing, we flew very late, the final flight and the first flight for 2 hours, but the driver waited and delivered like Safe until the accommodation. Speaking very well. Feel very guilty Can do but sorry And very glad to not leave us Meaning that we can cancel us We are ok because we are very wrong. I just want to say that is very good. 10/10

At first, the driver contacted me to inform me that I would pick up the time to pick up the 10 minutes, but when the real time came, the time we reported from the first was courteous. Personally with friends like Good service, not a concern on our first trip.

First the driver said he could not wait inside and would inform me of the meeting place, apparently after I got changi, and had no internet connection, the driver entered the door of arrival and held a pad bearing my name because he could not contact me. I highly appreciated! Thank you Traveloka and driver. Very helpful when arriving in a country and can not immediately have an internet connection.

Driver telat banget jemputnya. Seharusnya driver sudah tiba dulu sebelum kami sampai, tp ini kami yg mesti menunggu driver sekitar 30 menit lebih.
