• To board the bus, passengers must exchange their Traveloka e-ticket for a boarding pass from Joglosemar.
• Refunds will not be given to passengers who miss the bus due to arriving late at the departure point.
• Departure time, vehicle type and route may change at any time due to operational reasons.
• For safety reasons, passengers are prohibited from talking to the driver while driving.
• Passengers are prohibited from disturbing the driver or other passengers during the journey.
• Passengers can submit their claims, criticisms and suggestions by telephone or SMS to 081 329 329 329.

Joglosemar Refund Policy

• Tickets purchased are non-refundable.
• To cancel and request a ticket refund, visit the Joglosemar office at your departure point.
• Bring your KTP/SIM and Traveloka e-ticket when canceling.
• Cancellations can be made no later than 2 hours before departure.
• Cancellations cannot be made for weekend departures (Friday – Sunday).
• The refund is 50% of the ticket price.
• Funds will be returned within 3x24 hours after the cancellation date.
• Returned funds can be sent via bank transfer or collected at the Joglosemar office.

Joglosemar Reschedule Policy

• To change the schedule, call Joglosemar at (0274) 623 700 or send WhatsApp to 081 329 329 329.
• Schedule changes can be made no later than 2 hours before departure.
• Schedule changes cannot be made for weekend departures (Friday – Sunday).
• Changes can be made if the bus is still available.
• Changes to the schedule can only be made once.
• Schedule changes cannot be cancelled.
• Bring your KTP/SIM and Traveloka e-ticket when changing your schedule.
• Pick up your new ticket at the Joglosemar officer at your departure point.
