To avoid payment failure, make sure that you use your BCA account. Your payment will not be proceed if you transfer from other bank account.
After selecting BCA Virtual Account as your payment method, you can follow these steps to complete your payment with Virtual Account:
1. Open your BCA mobile banking application, then login with your account.
2. Tap m-Transfer > BCA Virtual Account.
3. Enter your virtual account number, then tap OK.
4. On the payment details summary, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your total bill.
5. Enter your m-BCA PIN.
6. Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.

2. Select Other Transaction menu > Transfer > To BCA Virtual Account.
3. Enter your virtual account number, then tap OK.

1. Open BCA Internet Banking page (https://ibank.klikbca.com) from your browser, then login with your account.
2. Select Transfer Dana menu > Transfer ke BCA Virtual Account.
3. In the column ‘No. Virtual Account’, enter your virtual account number then tap OK.
4. On the confirmation page, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your total bill.
5. Enter the code from your token.
6. Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.
